Search recruitment – Process and recruitment support

Together, we develop a recruitment plan for the coming year. Based on this plan, we determine the efforts and resources required from both your side and ours for each assignment. Once all information and documentation related to the recruitment assignments have been compiled and approved by you, we proceed with a tailored planning process based on the specific competencies to be recruited. This plan includes regular follow-ups at frequent intervals, during which Intenso keeps you updated on the progress of the ongoing processes.

Based on the specific assignment, we determine which information sources are most relevant for identifying individuals with the required competencies. We then scan these areas and map out the surrounding business landscape where the desired expertise can be found. As a standard practice, we always search through our internal network, databases, previous mappings, and conduct searches via LinkedIn Recruiter. For certain technical competencies this opportunity can be more limited and therefore it is important to identify additional sources for these specific technical skills. Once this is done, we compile a list of candidates deemed suitable for the assignment. To support the recruitment process, we also develop materials and create campaigns that are published in appropriate channels, such as social media.

You will receive ongoing summaries of our efforts in the form of a report, which includes compiled feedback from the candidate market. This insight supports your continued initiatives, helping you work more effectively and develop your organization in a way that appeals to the target groups you aim to reach.

We have an extensive network of over 80,000 members in engineering, tech and IT. Our recruitment consultants actively develop personal networks and we actively promote ourselves to attract talent. Through our strategic partnership with LinkedIn, we have access to approximately four million professionals in Sweden, in addition to our own networks. All of our recruiters are certified in LinkedIn Recruiter.

We explore the business ecosystems of nearby regions in relevant industries, using both established and new channels to find individuals with matching skills. Our discreet approach, involving phone calls, emails and social media, aims to generate interest in the advertised positions.

We actively collaborate with multiple partners in the market, which increases our ability to deliver value to our clients. These collaborations, together with our proactive communication with target groups and active marketing efforts, ensure a continuous influx of qualified candidates.

Search work is the foundation of our business idea and we invest in continuous training and development of our recruitment consultants. This ensures that they stay up to date with the latest industry trends and search techniques.

To support the process, we have since 2019 promoted our search assignments through leading external channels and networks. This generates a steady flow of niche competencies and continuously expands and strengthens our networks with each recruitment assignment we carry out.

Through our parent group, Intensogruppen, millions have been invested in our own systems that promote every open position. Over the years, we have developed unique methods that help us succeed even more in every search assignment.

Based on the compiled list of candidates, we initiate contact using the material developed during the thorough preparation phase, adapting it to the target audience to effectively promote the position. Today, we use multiple channels to reach candidates, depending on the target group and how frequently they are approached with recruitment offers. The most common methods we use are phone calls, emails, and outreach via various social media platforms. Personal networks play an important role, especially when engaging with target groups that are frequently contacted. These connections make it easier to initiate meaningful dialogue and generate interest in the opportunity, increasing the chance of a positive response.

Once a candidate has shown initial interest, we ensure there is an opportunity to present the role in greater detail. This includes providing comprehensive information about responsibilities, tasks, and potential opportunities compared to the candidate’s current situation. This often takes place in a separately scheduled presentation meeting. If the candidate remains interested after this stage, we invite them into the recruitment process and provide clear information about the upcoming steps. We then gather more detailed information about the candidate and include it in the selection process. We place great importance on maintaining a balanced dialogue about the demands and opportunities associated with the role. At the same time, we act as a sounding board and coach the recruiting organization in how to attract and communicate effectively with each individual candidate. To optimize the recruitment process, we will jointly determine with you at which point Intenso will hand over the candidate.

An additional advantage of this approach is that, over time, we can revisit candidates we have previously contacted to monitor their timing and readiness for a job change, a benefit that is rarely available in traditional recruitment setups.

Exposure and advertising

We ensure that your material receives the maximum exposure needed based on your specific needs. This may include visibility through various advertising channels, social media platforms, or Intenso’s own networks. All materials are tailored for each unique client to attract the right target audience.

TA at your service

We also offer a Talent Acquisition concept where we collaborate with you to plan the efforts for upcoming recruitment projects and estimate the time required to support your HR department in execution. We appoint a dedicated TA team on our side that will manage and coordinate the efforts throughout the project.

We have supported HR and managers with our knowledge and expertise in technology and IT, our marketing department worked to increase name awareness towards a niche target group with a career page, exposure, advertising, etc.

Together with the CEO and HR, we assisted them during a period of significant growth. We supported all recruiting managers in various ways depending on the complexity of each assignment.
