Cofactor \u00e4r en av v\u00e5ra kunder som bland annat nyttjat v\u00e5r tj\u00e4nst Second Opinion n\u00e4r de har rekryterat p\u00e5 egen hand. En tj\u00e4nst som inneb\u00e4r att kunden f\u00e5r st\u00f6d av en professionell rekryteringskonsult i slutfasen av rekryteringsprocessen f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att r\u00e4tt kandidat anst\u00e4lls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I v\u00e5r intervju med Pia har vi tagit reda p\u00e5 varf\u00f6r Cofactor valt att anv\u00e4nda Second Opinion och hur de upplevt tj\u00e4nsten hos oss p\u00e5 Intenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-heading-primary-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Varf\u00f6r anv\u00e4nder ni en Second Opinion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har anv\u00e4nt er Second Opinion ett flertal g\u00e5nger och fr\u00e4mst vid rekrytering av chefer eftersom det vid ledande befattningar \u00e4r extra viktigt att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla r\u00e4tt kompetens och personlighet. Varf\u00f6r vi valt att nyttja denna tj\u00e4nst \u00e4r dels f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en objektiv bed\u00f6mning fr\u00e5n en extern part, det g\u00f6r att vi kvalitetss\u00e4krar den potentiella slutkandidaten innan anst\u00e4llning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minska risken f\u00f6r felrekrytering d\u00e5 det annars kan bli mycket kostsamt och tids\u00f6dande, \u00e4r ytterligare en anledning till varf\u00f6r vi anv\u00e4nt tj\u00e4nsten. Genom att utf\u00f6ra olika tester och djupintervjuer kan vi f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp att diskutera resultaten med en oberoende part som \u00e4r certifierade i testverktygen och som har l\u00e5ng erfarenhet av att rekrytera ledande befattningar. Testverktygen som anv\u00e4nds och de rapporter som vi f\u00e5r ta del av vid Second Opinion ger oss en bra sammanfattning. Det ger oss ocks\u00e5 en snabb \u00f6verblick \u00f6ver plus och minus faktorer f\u00f6r slutkandidaten. Att vi f\u00e5r m\u00f6jlighet att bolla id\u00e9er med er p\u00e5 Intenso \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 mycket v\u00e4rdefullt f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra beslut. Ofta st\u00e4ller ni, som oberoende part, fr\u00e5gor som vi sj\u00e4lva inte t\u00e4nkt p\u00e5 och vi f\u00e5r d\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet att fundera ytterligare \u00f6ver vissa delar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-heading-primary-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c4r tj\u00e4nsten prisv\u00e4rd?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det korta svaret \u00e4r ja. Det kostar att rekrytera, s\u00e4rskilt till chefspositioner. I dessa rekryteringar \u00e4r det \u00e4ven extra viktigt att det blir r\u00e4tt direkt. Vi p\u00e5 Cofactor tycker det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt pengarna, eftersom en felrekrytering kan kosta oss v\u00e4ldigt mycket mer. En annan anledning som g\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsten prisv\u00e4rd \u00e4r att vi alltid f\u00e5r snabb och proffsig hj\u00e4lp. Just er tillg\u00e4nglighet v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter vi mycket h\u00f6gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-heading-primary-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Till vilka befattningar anv\u00e4nder ni er av en Second Opinion?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi anv\u00e4nder tj\u00e4nsten fr\u00e4mst till chefspositioner och andra ledande befattningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-heading-primary-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vilka andra positiva aspekter ser ni?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi gillar den oberoende bed\u00f6mningen. Det \u00e4r vanligt att f\u00f6retag som ska rekrytera sj\u00e4lva inte har tiden att utv\u00e4rdera och analysera slutkandidaterna s\u00e5 noga som hade \u00f6nskats, d\u00e5 \u00e4r en Second Opinion v\u00e4ldigt effektiv. Ett annat vanligt f\u00f6rekommande \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 att de personer som sitter med rekrytering inte alltid har tillr\u00e4ckligt med kunskap om rollen eller omr\u00e5det som de ska anst\u00e4lla inom, \u00e4ven h\u00e4r \u00e4r Second Opinion en positiv aspekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 Cofactor tycker vi ocks\u00e5 att tj\u00e4nsten \u00e4r bra n\u00e4r man utf\u00f6r en internrekrytering eller n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon har n\u00e4ra koppling till slutkandidaten, s\u00e4rskilt om kandidaten inte f\u00e5r anst\u00e4llningen.
