Certified in MPA, CORE and ACE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All of our recruitment consultants are certified by Master Sverige AB. Master Sverige provides us with occupational psychology tests and analysis tools, allowing us to work with the MPA personality test, the CORE logic test and the ACE cognitive ability test. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Master Person Analysis (MPA) <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

MPA is a quasi-ipsative personality test. The test measures nine personality traits in three main areas: ego drive, social factors and work style. The results consist of responses from 160 statements and relate to a large national norm group. The results are analysed and describe how the candidate is placed on the right or left side of a horizontal axis, where the centre is the average of the norm group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CORE – Logistics test<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CORE is a non-verbal test designed to assess logical reasoning skills. This is the level at which an individual understands, reasons, learns and solves problems and is an appreciation of the underlying potential of any task that requires logical thinking. It predicts various professional outcomes, including job performance, speed and learning. CORE is suitable for any role in a process where an assessment of capacity is needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aid To Capacity Evaluation (ACE)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ACE is a cognitive ability test that measures the candidate’s logical thinking in terms of identifying patterns, making connections and drawing conclusions. The three areas presented are numerical, spatial and verbal skills. We recommend that you feedback the test results to one of our certified recruitment consultants, but the interview guide can be used by non-certified individuals. The report is presented in what are known as STEN scores from 1 to 10, where the speed of implementation is also presented. The two extremes \u2013 1 and 10 \u2013 are the most unusual results, while 5 is the norm for the test. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
